Schedule of Condition of a industrial unit located in Oswestry.

A schedule of condition completed in 2024, of a small industrial unit in Oswestry, Shropshire.

Hidden from view, and within a fairly inaccessible area, suspected asbestos material has been left.

Our survey identified the loose/damaged material which alerted our client to request the landlord safely remove the potential asbestos.

This was important as on signing the lease my client would be deemed the duty holder and responsible for the removal.
